Just a short update to let you know that it’ll be a bit before I’m back to working. I don’t know how long I’ll be sidelined for. That will be determined by how long it takes for the skin I removed from my right thumb to grow back. While I was slicing an onion on a mandoline I inadvertently modified the recipe with a short (but precious to me) length of skin.
